Biobank FMPHN UGM has carried out modeling, namely: Retrospective and Prospective modeling.

Retrospective modeling was carried out after the research was completed and the sample used was the remaining research sample. This retrospective modeling uses samples from 12 research projects that have received approval from each research team with a total sample of 12,298.

Meanwhile, prospective modeling is carried out from the start of the research. In prospective modeling, samples were obtained from 31 research projects with a total sample of 43,971 tubes (update: October 2023).
